I have multiple accounts. Do I need to create multiple profiles?

Yes, at this time each account will need to be registered. Each account must have its own unique e-mail address for registration.

How is Online Bill Pay different from the current online invoice payment system?

With the existing system, customers are only able to view and pay their invoices. On the new Online Bill Pay site, customers can view and pay their invoices, view past billing history, set up autopay, update contact information, and change their billing method.

Do I have to register for Online Bill Pay?

What payment methods does TWN accept online?

For your safety and security, we are unable to process a payment via email. You can make an online payment through the online portal or via phone at no extra cost. TWN will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit, or credit card payments. We will also accept payments made from a bank checking or savings account.

What is autopay?

Autopay is a feature that will allow you to set up a recurring automatic monthly payment for your TWN bill. We automatically withdraw your payment every month using your checking account, credit card, or debit card.

I just enrolled in autopay. When will my first automatic payment take effect?

During the autopay enrollment process, you select the date you want autopay to be deducted. If that date has already passed, your first autopay will be deducted the following month on that date.

When you sign up for autopay, you will receive an enrollment confirmation message communicating your autopay date.

How do I disable autopay?

To turn autopay off, simply click the sliding button next to autopay status from on to off. Once this button is clicked, a box will pop up confirming your request. You will receive a confirmation from TWN Communications confirming your request.
