Dear TWN Customers,

The safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is of the utmost importance to all of us here at TWN Communications. To that end, while our nation deals with the Coronavirus pandemic, we will be implementing a policy for those employees who are able to telecommute and perform their work from home. This change will not affect our customers’ service in any way. The TWN call center, network operations and monitoring, and sales department will be fully functional and supported while a significant number of our employees are able to remain working in a remote fashion.

For TWN employees who are unable to work from home, such as field service installers/technicians, key office staff, construction team, etc., we will be working to ensure they adhere to the highest standards of safety, and take every precaution to keep themselves and our customers safe.

We have equipped our field service and installation workers with hand sanitizer and/or wipes and have asked them to wash their hands as often as possible, using the CDC recommended hand washing protocol, both before and after working at a customer premise. If you have an upcoming service appointment, and feel that you may be ill, or are worried about having someone in your home, please call our customer care center at 877-877-6861 to reschedule.
