Residential customers on qualifying internet plans will receive download/upload speeds of 25.0 Mbps to 1.0 Gbps, per respective plan. A 30-day notice is required to cancel service. Business customers on qualifying internet plans will receive download/upload speeds of 50.0 Mbps to 10.0 Gbps or more, per respective plan. Termination fees will be subject to the terms and conditions referenced in the enterprise contract.
